The FBI wants to have a little chat with Ed Harper - nothing serious you understand - just a friendly chat. Yea right and I'm going out tomorrow to buy my new luxery liner because I just got done redecorating my mansion and I'm bored! Psh!

Edward Eugene Harper is wanted by the FBI for his "alleged" involvement in sexual behavior with two girls, ages 3 and 8 in Mississippi. The girls lived near Harper and reportedly visited him at his home. Harper was charged with sex crimes and arrested. He was released on bond, but failed to appear for a court hearing in 1994. His bond was revoked and he's been on the run ever since.

Harper was born on March 1, 1946 in New Mexico. He has grey/brown colored hair, hazel colored eyes, stands approximately 5'10 and weighs around 165 with a medium build. Harpers previous occupations are Semi-Truck Driver, Mechanic, Forklift Driver, and Ranch Handler. Harper has a navy/maritime tattoo on one of his biceps.  The tattoo depicts an anchor with an entwined snake.

The FBI made note that Harper reportedly subscribed to Sovereign Citizen ideology and claimed to be a member of the Montana Freemen, a group involved in domestic terrorism activities. He has family ties to Arkansas and may have lived and worked in Wyoming and Montana.
