| I didn't include Carla's picture on this page and I wanted to explain why I made that decision. I am of Detective Terrell's opinion, I believe with almost 99.9% (I can't say 100% certainty, I'm not God and only He knows for 100% so I figured I needed to leave some room for error) that William Ted Wilhoit did abduct, drug, brutally rape and then murder seventeen year old Carla Walker. I also believe that Fort Worth police department did everything in their power to frame an innocent man for Wilhoit's crimes to stave off a civil lawsuit. The point is that believing that Wilhoit is guilty of Carla's murder, I didn't think it was fitting to have her picture on his updates page. Make whatever sense of it you will. |

| From what I can tell, Wilhoit was released in January of 2004. I do have to comment on the fact that Wilhoit was placed on super-intensive supervision which is the highest level, until April 5th, of 2020. Wilhoit’s rape victim is also off limits, he has to register as a sex offender and he can’t even so much as enter Dallas or Tarrant county without express permission of his parole officer. He’s also required to wear an ankle bracelet that monitors his location and will notify law enforcement if he attempts to mess with the bracelet at all. |
| I couldn't find any information on him after he left prison so he's not committed any new crimes, against women that is. A man like Wilhoit doesn't just stop, there is no rehabilitation for a man like him just as there is no rehabilitating child molesters - you can't redeem those without a soul and make no mistake about it, Wilhoit has no soul. I read where another officer made a comment (I'm sorry for the lack of a quote but I can't recall where I read it at) that Wilhoit wasn't insane, he was just plain evil. My point here is that he's taking his frustrations out on something or someone. It might be the neighborhood cats and dogs for all we know, or it could very likely be his wife. I don't know, but make no mistake about it, the man hasn't stopped. He hasn't stopped because simply put, he can't stop. |
The Texas Department of Corrections had Wilhoit's vitals listed on their website listed on the references page. On that page, it gave a couple different photo's of Wilhoit as well as identifying information. Wilhoit was listed as a white male standing 5'7 inches tall and weighing approximately 161 pounds. His address as of January 9th, 2009 was listed as 3554 CR 48, ROBSTOWN ,TX 78380. This site also listed his current employment (current as of January 9, 2009) but I'm not going to post that here. I'm not going to punish his employer that way! If you live in and around that area, please be careful. |
