Welcome to Justice Junction's Cold Case Files. We decided to add this section to Justice Junction after receiving several  requests to profile stories on several cold cases, some going back as far as 30 years.  It’s our hope that someone reading these stories will have something click; even the smallest of details can break a case wide open. Justice Junction was contacted a couple years ago regarding the story of Carla Walker by an officer who refused to give up on the case. Carla was only seventeen years old when she was abducted outside a Fort Worth bowling alley while on a date with her boyfriend, Rodney McCoy. Her body would be found three days later near Benbrook Lake only a few short miles from her home.  She’d been strangled and raped.  No other story deserves to be on Justice Junction as much as Carla’s does. Her life was cut short by a brutal rapist/murderer.  This is Carla’s Story.
