AOL
My complaint is the fact the "Instant messenger" windows cannot be removed from my desktop. They are an intrusion I want to expunge. However, AOL says it has no responsibility for those windows even though they are labeled "AOL" which by itself is fraudulent and misleading. They shunted me to some site "aim.com" which has no way to directly contact them, believe me I tried. I feel I should control what is in my window and not AOL. I will follow through on this. I hope you can help. I also have an AOL site.
