They had called me numerous times on Monday August 6th 2001, I had told them that I could not discuss the matter there was unexpected death in the immediate family. As the days went on they still repeatedly called leaving messages on my machine. On August 10th 2001, the morning of the funeral the customer service woman calls again I proceeded to tell the story again and explained very nicely I would discuss it another day. She said and I do quote"So what you don't need to pay your bills" How are they still able to post on the internet? Send applications and harass people?
