After
purchasing a laptop computer with only a CD drive, Pacific Communications
told me that in order to continue using my Supervoice fax/data/communications
program for which I originally paid over $300, I had to purchase
an upgrade from them. I purchased, and they sent the new CD,
which I installed as directed, but it doesn't work. For the
past month I have been trying to contact the company via email
and phone, however, I have been told that Pacific Images doesn't
respond to customer support issues via the phone and I have
not, to date, received any customer support for my product.
I have sent at least 8 emails to both technical support and
sales explaining that my business is suffering without the use
of a fax program; as I understand the need to respond to my
customers as quickly as possible! Still, no support and I am
appalled with the lack of concern that Pacific Images has shown
for their customers.
