Priceline.com
I bid on a hotel room in Asheville NC with a specified zone. Hotel that accepted the bid is located outside the zone (physically) but inside the zone according to the priceline computer. Their instructions say to "select the area where you'd be willing to stay. Priceline will search for a hotel at your price in the area(s) selected. The hotel is NOT located in the area selected. Spoken with Customer Service Supervisor (Jennifer); emailed corporate office. Customer service was very unhelpful - could not tell me on their zone map where the hotel was located and unwilling to admit there was a problem with the location.
