Shop America
In March 2002, I saw an ad on TV for the Atkin's Answer. The deal was $29.95 and full refund if you didn't like it. In March my credit card was billed $71.85 and I sent the product back within the same week because the charge upset me. I called and left a message saying I had returned the product and I need the amount credited to my card as soon as they could. I get my April statement for my credit card and I notice another charge from Shop America for $29.95 and then a charge for $9.95 from Connections and $104.99 from Rewards. I called the unknown places and cancelled and they said because my TV order they billed me. I called my credit card and let them know that they were unauthorized uses and I still have no credits on my card. I just got my May statement and Shop America has charged me another $71.85. I then contacted my credit card and called Shop America again only to not get a reply. I have left at least 5 messages with Shop America and Verizon Visa has still not done anything about this.
