page is dedicated to all the innocent children who have
lost
their lives due to the neglect of Family and Social Services
and the great foster car system. The victims, the children,
so young, depending upon people who could not, or would not
help them. Katelyn Frazier - 3 years old, dead. Larry and
Gary
Bass two of a set of triplets - 8 years old, dead. Megan, Anthony,
Robert & Damien
Whittle, a set of quads - beaten
and shaken savagely
until all four children are now disabled. Miguel Humberto Arias-Baca-
2 years old - dead. It pains me to say that this is not
the tip of the iceberg, only the 8 children that we are telling
you about
here. They are safe place now, a place where no one can hurt
them any longer, for children are sacred to Jesus, somehow
that
just doesn't make this reporter feel any better. |
Our
Social Services, Child Welfare, Health and Human Services, whichever
you choose to call them, and our foster care system is in serious
need of dismantlement and rebuilt from the bottom to the top.
We're not talking about just the enormous amount of money being
poured into useless systems, we're talking about the lives of
our children. The lives of our futures is being murdered on
a daily basis. What is so horrid about this crisis is that it's
totally preventable. From the biggest to the smallest, California,
Iowa, Rhode Island and even small town hick Nebraska isn't immune
to the blatant disregard for the safety and well being of our
children, to the laziness of most of the social service workers,
which in turn leads to the tragedies that we are going to discuss
now. |
3 Year Old Little Boy Chained By His Neck To
A Bed While In Foster Care
Five different DCFS agencies were involved with placing
six very troubled children in a foster home run by a 64 year
old woman. When police began searching the house, they came
to a bedroom. |
Katelyn
Frazier
Three year old toddler, beaten to death by her mother and her
mothers boyfriend after being returned to them from foster
care.
Katelyn entered the Alexandria foster care system when she
was only two months old after her mother arrived with her
and her
sisters at a homeless shelter. Katelyn would come before two
separate judges in fifteen court cases over the next two years.
During this time, she would be shuffled through
foster homes, finally ending up in the home of Lesley Dodson,
who would eventually try unsuccessfully to adopt little Katelyn.
The state also tried at one point to have Frazier's parental
rights terminated. However, a judge, in his infinite wisdom,
declared that the state had not met the high "legal threshold
for such a drastic step." Katelyn was killed on December
27, 2000 just twelve days after her third birthday by blunt
force trauma to her head, after being returned to the care of
her mother. |

Mother Holds 17 month Old Latiana Hamilton Under
Water
Lena
Cumberbatch, 36, of 5957 Wentworth Circle S in Jacksonville,
Florida was bathing Latiana when she pushed the baby's head
under water while at least two other children watched her murder
the baby. Cumberbatch had a total of 8 children in her home,
four were foster children and four her own ranging in ages
from 2 months to 10 years old. |
Miguel Humberto
Arias-Baca
Miguel Humberto Arias-Baca was only two
years old when his foster parents, Ricky Haney (37) and Evon
Haney (31), claimed that he'd fallen off the toilet during potty
training. He would die the next day from severe head injuries
suffered from a beating. |
