| Judge
Miller saying what Patrick Bourgeois and Tracy Bratton did in
abusing, torturing, and subsequently murdering 3 year old PJ
Bourgeois was "..fraught with ignorance, immaturity and
inexperience, more than malevolence." |
| Poor
parenting? Inexperienced parenting? Is that what Nodine Miller
is insinuating? What is this woman talking about? I've seen
16 year old girls who are by far much less experienced than
these two and they do NOT commit acts such as this against children.
This has nothing to do with inexperience, immaturity or ignorance.
What it actually has to do with the beating death of a THREE
YEAR OLD little boy. Let's skip past the fact that he was tied
up with tape and that he was drug around his fathers house by
his ears and look at this fact: the pathologist compared the
bruising in three old PJ's body to that of a grown man attacking
another person with a baseball bat. That is the kind of damage
that was found in PJ's body. You tell me, is that ignorance,
immaturity OR inexperience? And if so, HOW? I know that if I
hit someone in the head with a bat, in all likelihood, it would
kill them. I know that if I hit someone in the arm with a baseball
bat, it will probably break their arm. In my opinion, the person
who lacked experience, maturity and most certainly had plenty
of ignorance was Judge Nodine Miller. |
| "I
have a reputation for being a fair and responsible judge" |
| Ok
let me ask you this ... was she fair to PJ? Some might argue
that PJ didn't appear before her or appear in her courtroom,
I on the other hand, disagree. I submit that the judge should
be more concerned with the crime these people committed against
this child, and not whether she was "fair" with the
criminals that committed the crime. Was it a responsible act
to let two convicted killers out of prison? Was it responsible
to let Tracy Bratton (who has admitted to her participation
in the beating death of three year old PJ) out of prison so
that she can care for her own two children? Who is going to
protect HER children from her? Was that fair or responsible?
I don't think so. |
| "Willingness
to accept responsibility for what they have done." was
one of the factors cited by Judge Miller in early release of
convicted killer Tracy Bratton. |
| Please
.... "willingness to accept responsibility" ? The
fact is that neither of them accepted any type of responsibility.
Practically the second they were each released from prison they
began pointing fingers at the other as to who was the aggressor,
who did more damage, who was RESPONSIBLE. Yeh, looks to me like
they've accepted it real well. |
| Judge
Miller refers to PJ in her order freeing Tracy Bratton from
prison as "...a difficult child which Bratton could not
control ..." then goes on to say that PJ "began misbehaving
on Feb. 27. 1996." |
| I
was outraged by this statement ... a "dramatic event"?
I come back to the same thing, if it were her child, would she
then consider it only a "dramatic event"? I'd say
it was a horrendous injustice done to PJ's memory. |
| "
Bratton is unlikely to commit another offense. The public does
not need to be protected from Bratton." |
| Ummm
excuse me, but does she on live on your street Judge Miller?
Nope, I didn't think so. Would you allow her around your children?
How about letting her baby-sit your kids for a few nights? Don't
think so? Nope, me either. Now, where did this information come
from? Is this the judge's opinion or is there any evidence to
back this statement up? Did she see a shrink (Bratton, not the
judge though I'm sure she needs one as well), was there any
other testimony OTHER than from the killer herself ... NO! What
an unbelievable miscarriage of justice this is. |
