You see the picture above? That's what little three year old PJ Bourgeois used to look like ..... when he was alive. Most of us will say "How could anyone hurt a child? How could anyone mutilate, abuse then kill such a sweet, innocent child, any child ?" I don't think there are any answers to those questions. 

We'll never know what possesses people to do the things they do, especially crimes such as these. What's worse about this case is that not only was PJ beaten and abused then killed by his father and his fathers girlfriend, but then all but ignored and abused again by our great justice system.  

I was so angry when I heard about this story that I couldn't let it go. I felt as though I had to do something. The purpose of this web site is to bring about change, to educate and attempt to protect my fellow man. Pj had no one to look out for his interests, no one to protect him. They didn't even bury his body until FIVE months after he'd been killed. He had no one to visit him, no one to pray over him, Pj had no one.

This in itself is a cruel and entirely preventable injustice, but to then let his killers walk the streets after serving only 3 years is just too much to take. This is Pj's story. I hope that it touches you as it has touched me, I hope that once you read this story, you'll help us to try to bring about change. The laws on the books need to be changed, together we can do anything. But most of all, I hope that after you read Pj's story, you'll hug your children tightly to you and tell them how much you love them.
