This
was a very difficult decision for Justice Junction to make,
whether to post this information or not. Above all we do not
want to offend the families, or in any way diminish the memories
of Nicole Brown Simpson or Ronald Goldman. It is in the interest
of public awareness that we include this section. Please understand
that this decision was NOT made lightly, weeks of tossing
and turning have gone into it.
In our opinion, in order for people to see Nicole Simpson
and Ron Goldman as people, to feel sympathy for their deaths,
for the loss their families feel, to understand the rage that
was taken to commit this nearly unspeakable crime, you have
to see and read what was done to them. We have taken into
consideration the families of the victims, we have taken into
consideration the victims themselves. We believe that Nicole
Simpson would want the world to see what OJ did to her as
vindication of some sort. We believe that she would want the
world to know what he is capable of doing, to warn others
of the violence that exists so close to the surface. And as
a warning to other women, that this could be them. Maybe that's
why God allowed it to happen, so that other women might possibly
say to themselves, "That could be me." Maybe if
other battered women see what could happen if you don't get
out, if you don't get away, maybe they'll leave. |
