A Killer Among Us
OJ Framed? I Guess Anything's Possible.
OJ's insistence that he was framed is in my opinion, a load of garbage, but for arguments sake we have decided to give the notion a passing glance. We will attempt to take the evidence and see if it indeed could have been planted. We will attempt to show that OJ Simpson could indeed be innocent of the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Lyle Goldman. Be prepared however, that the likelihood of OJ's innocence is greater than the chance of you winning the lottery.

Let's begin with the statements OJ gave to police and at trial (the criminal and the civil trial)

Nicole told many people she had a set of keys missing and believed that OJ stole them. OJ claimed he had "no knowledge" of having a set of keys belonging to Nicole Brown Simpson yet these keys were found in his Bronco.

- For arguments sake let's say that at the impound lot someone broke into the stored Bronco and planted the keys there.

OJ couldn't quite recall exactly how or when he cut his hand.

- Let's say that he really didn't remember cutting his hand several times, one cut deep enough to reopen and bled repeatedly. Never mind the fact that you can remember getting a paper cut. It is possible to not remember exactly how you gouged your hand, especially when it was done while committing murder. I would assume that OJ had other things on his mind at the exact moment he cut his hand.

OJ claimed to never have laid a hand on his wife in all their time together, especially during the incident in which police took photo's of the battered Nicole Brown Simpson. OJ claimed it must have happened when she fell.

- Well, I can see how falling down on the grass in the front yard could cause numerous cuts and abrasions, especially when shoved. I can also see where she could have cut her eye and possibly hit hard enough to blacken and swell her eye nearly shut. You could also assume that the strangle marks around her neck she could have done herself when she was falling. Out of fear perhaps, she grabbed her own neck and tried to choke herself to death.

Regarding the noises that Kato heard the nights of the murder OJ had this say, "Kato is Kato." That was it, no denying the possibility, no possible explanation, no nothing.

- Maybe the noises Kato heard against his wall that night were a misguided bird without any sense of direction. It's possible that the bird didn't see the large structure and flew right into it, then thumped against it a few more times while falling to the ground. It'd have to be one hell of a bird to make a thump loud enough to rattle pictures. It would also explain why nothing was found when Kato went to investigate the sounds. It might be that Kato found nothing NOT because it was OJ that had made the sounds, but because the bird recovered and flew away. Hey, anything's possible right?

ST. John, OJ's regular limo driver, stated that Simpson never parked his Bronco on the Rockingham street, at any time.

- It's possible that maybe after eating, he had a sudden onslaught of diarrhea and couldn't wait for the gates to open so he left the Bronco on Rockingham and jumped the fence, or perhaps he merely forgot to drive it inside the compound as he forgot how and when he cut his hand. Never mind the fact that limo driver was early and sitting at the entrance gate at about the time OJ would have returned to his home still wearing the clothing he'd just committed murder in. That explanation is too neat, too tidy to possibly be the truth.

OJ stated that he didn't always open the gate for the limo drivers in the event that his dog would escape into the street.

- St. John along with several other witnesses testified that they had never, not one time seen the dog attempt to leave the yard. It does stand to reason however, if the possibility is there that OJ is innocent, then it's equally possible that he did actually fear his dogs escape. As for not allowing the driver to enter, St. John also testified to the fact that he had never had to wait for the gates to be opened, while Park waited for nearly half an hour. Ok there's a logical explanation for that, perhaps OJ really was in the shower and didn't hear the buzzer. After all, if you'd just murdered two people I imagine the first thing you'd want is a shower.

As for the blood evidence in the Bronco, police found mixtures of Simpson, Goldman and Nicole's blood in the Bronco in more than one area. They found separate swatches plus several mixtures. Let's say that while the police flew to Chicago - to OJ's hotel room. While in the room they drew blood without his knowledge then flew back to LA where they mixed it with Goldman and Nicole's blood then spread it around the Bronco. After all folks anything's possible

Ok the point here is that the evidence against OJ Simpson is more than circumstantial - alot more. It's a whole lot of physical evidence that can not be disparaged. You can try all you want but the truth just can not be turned into a lie no matter what color it is or who it is that's saying it. OJ Simpson killed these two people and he walked away a free man.
