Dear Ms. Mc Griffy, and whomever else this may concern,

It was truly enlightening to find a website where I could find ideas that were similar to my own regarding the Holmoka/Bernado crimes. I have always believed that Karla was far less of a victim than she portrayed herself . In fact I have always believed that Paul never killed anyone. No, I am not one of those weird women who have a crush on Paul!! I just, have always found it very difficult to believe that a man who is a confessed rapist (Scarborough rapist) would rape again and again and never reach the plateau of murdering any of his victims, without his wife being involved. I am no psychologist, but I did attend university and studied psych as a minor. And to me it seems very strange that a rapist, who, yes, could move on to murder, would rape and not kill, rape and kill, rape and not kill, rape and not kill, rape and not kill, rape and kill., rape and not kill...etc.

This does not seem to me like the regular practice of a rapist turned killer. If one takes into account the times in Mr, Bernado's history wherein he has actually killed, one must see that on those occasions Ms. Holmoka has been present. So... who actually killed? If I could be given any evidence from the media, or any other reliable source, that there was even one situation wherein Mr. Bernado can be proven guilty of murder without the presence of Ms.Holmoka, then I would believe he is capable of that said crime.

The reason I am writing this is not simply to state that I do not believe that Mr. Bernado is guilty of all he has been accused of, but to say that I find it truly frightening that his cohort, and that is what she was, will find freedom within the next 2 years. She will be set free! EECH!! That truly does scare me! In my opinion, she is a true socio-psychopath. She has shown no remorse whatsoever for what she has done, in fact, she has blamed everyone from her ex-husband to her family, for her actions.

I truly believe this woman is a danger to our society. In fact, if I were given a choice of being locked in a room alone with Paul or Karla, I would choose Paul; the way I see it is , with Paul I would be raped, but leave the room alive, I do not believe I would leave the room if I were there with Karla.

We have, as a society, done what we can do to Mr. Bernado, but we have fallen very short of what we can, and should do, to Ms. Holmoka. Justice has not been served.
